  • “My call with you today was so helpful.”

You're so easy to talk to—I felt comfortable right away. You also gave me that very helpful action step to move me out of my current overwhelm. Overall, I came away with a reduced stress level and a desire to talk with you some more. Thanks again!

  • “THANK YOU, Michelle!”

The session with you was so delicious and useful. I'm going through some hectic days on the home front, and the suggestions you made were so helpful in being truly okay with that. Not to mention that I absolutely loved just speaking with you--you are such a joy!

  • “I am the type of person who really struggles with any type of coaching.”

I spend an almost obsessive amount of time on self-help stuff, so I almost always resist what counselors and coaches have for me because I feel like they're either not pointing out anything about me I don't already know, or they're suggesting some approach I've already tried and failed at.

But something weird happened with Michelle. At one point in the conversation I suddenly said something that I'd never said before. And then I paused and said, "Huh. I don't think I ever realized that. That might be the reason for my issue right there."

Later, I realized that it carried so much more weight than if Michelle had said it herself, because it was my own visceral understanding. From an outside source it would have been met with resistance. But Michelle somehow magically opened my brain and helped me come to my own realization. So freaking cool!

  • “Michelle is awesome!”

I've talked to a few "coachy" types in my life, and the best make my brain go buzzbuzz. Michelle totally buzzed my brain.

Not only did I have a lot of insights from the call, it also prompted a really good chat the very next day, with someone with whom a really good chat was long overdue. Talking to Michelle was totally fun and a pleasure, too.

  • “Michelle gave me two suggestions that gave me a bit of relief just from hearing them.”

Thinking about it, I have gotten both suggestions before in other forms, but the way Michelle talked to me about them was so delightful and also so thorough. Now I feel like, previously, I never finished considering these suggestions, whereas Michelle explained them as easy as pie. And I am already implementing them.

  • “Michelle helped me figure out some really useful stuff about how I work.”

She's a good listener and has a lot of tricks up her sleeve. Also, she's fun!
